As a condition for receiving services from the Yurok Public Utility District, the customer must agree to comply with all provisions of this title, and any regulations duly adopted by the utility authority as well as any other applicable codes or regulations, including being current in the payment of all fees, penalties, costs, damages, or other charges assessed by the Yurok Public Utility District.

Any customer or person using any of the services of the Yurok Public Utility District agrees to the jurisdiction of the Yurok Tribal Court for any and all disputes. [Ord. 71 § 1501, amended, 1/21/2021; Ord. 66 § 1501, amended, 2/6/2020; Ord. 55 § 1501, adopted, 2/21/2019.]
