All Yurok Public Utility District equipment shall be maintained according to the established maintenance schedule and quickly repaired when necessary so that disruptions in service are minimized.

Utility tools, equipment and vehicles are not for personal use. Equipment shall not be loaned to other Tribal Departments. A record of tools and the individual to whom they were assigned shall be maintained. Individuals will be held responsible for the security of tools and supplies that are assigned to them.
