Except as in accordance with the Yurok Tribe’s Supreme Ordinance (Chapter 1.05 YTC), nothing in this title shall be interpreted as a waiver of the Tribe’s sovereign immunity from unconsented lawsuit, except as waived in YTC 25.15.160, or as authorization for a claim of monetary damages against the Tribe. The utility authority and the utility district may not waive the sovereign immunity of the Yurok Tribe or any of its officers, agents, attorneys or employees, or anyone else acting at the direction of and on behalf of the Yurok Tribe.
