Officers of the utility authority and any other person(s) designated to handle funds for the Yurok Public Utility District shall be bonded for a minimum amount of $100,000.00 or in an amount designated by the Tribal Council. Other directors and required employees shall be bonded in an amount designated by the Tribal Council.
