Regular meetings of the utility authority shall be conducted according to Robert’s Rules of Order, unless another parliamentary procedure is adopted by the utility authority. The agenda for the regular meetings will include at minimum the following agenda outline:

(a) Call to order;

(b) Roll call;

(c) Approval of minutes of previous meeting;

(d) Consent/correspondence agenda;

(e) General manager’s report;

(f) Financial report;
