The purpose of the Yurok Public Utility Ordinance is to establish the Yurok Public Utilities District (YPUD). The Yurok Public Utility District will provide for the management and maintenance of the various public utilities and community services, as well as business services owned by the Yurok Tribe and located on or near the boundaries of the Yurok Reservation.
