(1) A description, including maps, plans and other relevant data, of the proposed development, project site and vicinity sufficient to determine whether the project complies with the requirements of these regulations. The description shall include sufficient information concerning the existing use of the land and water areas in the vicinity of the site of the proposed project, to the extent that the applicant can reasonably ascertain this information for the vicinity surrounding the project site. All submitted information, including plans, maps, attachments, etc., must be submitted in a legible format.

(2) A legal description of the property upon which the work is to be performed.

(3) A dated signature by the property owner, or owners, authorizing the processing of the application, and written authorization, if applicable, for an authorized representative to bind the property owner in matters concerning the application.

(4) Such additional information that the Planning Director may determine is necessary to determine whether the development is consistent with Tribal plans and these and other Tribal laws and regulations.

(5) A statement of understanding that processing of applications which do not contain truthful and accurate information necessary to review the application may delay or result in the denial of the permit or revocation if the inaccurate information is discovered after approval or issuance of the permit.
