(a) After the appeal hearing, the Yurok Tribe shall adopt findings, which specify the facts relied upon in deciding the appeal. Notice of the decision of the Tribal Court, together with copies of the initial findings, shall be given in accordance with notice of final action.

(b) The decision of the Tribal Court to sustain or deny an appeal is final.

(c) Failure of the Tribal Court to render its decision on the matter within 35 working days of the conclusion of the hearing shall be deemed to be a denial of the appeal and an affirmation of the action of the Planning Department. [Ord. 50.1 § 4907, adopted, 5/11/2017.]
