(a) In addition to other permits and approvals by the Yurok Tribe, including cultural resource management permits, storm water protection plans, and air quality permits, any permit required by this chapter shall be secured prior to the development of any lot or modification of any existing building on the Yurok Reservation.

(b) A plan consistency determination certificate must be secured prior to the initiation, modification, or expansion of use or development.

(c) A plan consistency determination certifies that a proposed development conforms to all current requirements of the plan consistency regulations and, if applicable, the terms and conditions of any previously approved development permit.

(d) A plan consistency determination certificate is required whenever a building permit is required, and must be secured prior to the issuance of the building permit. Such certificate shall be applied for coincidentally with the application for a building permit. [Ord. 50.1 § 4102, adopted, 5/11/2017.]
