24.15.020 Legislative findings.

The Yurok Tribal Council hereby finds and declares that:
(a) It is in the Tribe’s interest to provide land assignments for Tribal members;
(b) It is in the Tribe’s interest to regulate land assignments as they are integral to the political and economic integrity of the Tribe and the health and welfare of the Tribe and its members. [Ord. 79 § 1002, amended, 6/23/2022.]
