If a party fails to file a pleading or response within the required time or to appear for trial or a hearing, the adverse party may request the Tribal Court to enter that party’s default. After default has been entered against a party, the prevailing party may apply to the Court for available remedies. Evidence in support may be submitted by affidavit or through testimony at a hearing conducted by the Court. [Ord. 31 § 4303, adopted, 7/12/2013.]
