The complaint shall set forth the facts establishing a violation of this chapter entitling the plaintiff to relief and the remedies sought, including a specific monetary amount for damages, if any. In the case of a complaint alleging forcible entry or detainer in which the defendant has not been served notice, the complaint must include a written declaration signed by the plaintiff. If the unlawful detainer is based upon a default in rent payment, the complaint must state the default amount. Upon filing the complaint, a summons shall be issued by the Tribal Court.
