Forcible entry and detainer are hereby prohibited. Any person committing forcible entry or detainer shall be evicted and removed from the premises by an action in Tribal Court in accordance with the procedures set forth in this chapter for unlawful detainer. [Ord. 31 § 4103, adopted, 7/12/2013.]
