Article II. Prohibited Conduct

A person commits a forcible entry who:

(a) Breaks open doors, windows, or other parts of a house on a premises or by any kind of violence or circumstance of terror enters upon or onto any premises; or

(b) After peaceable entry upon a premises turns out or keeps out by force, threats, or menacing conduct the property owner, occupant, or landlord. [Ord. 31 § 4101, adopted, 7/12/2013.]
