The Tribe adopts the ordinance codified in this chapter in order to confirm Yurok Tribal Court’s concurrent authority to adjudicate the right to possession of Yurok lands and to provide a summary procedure for recovering possession thereof. [Ord. 31 § 4003, adopted, 7/12/2013.]
