All Authority property, including funds acquired or held by the Authority pursuant to this chapter and NAHASDA, shall be exempt from levy, sale, charge or lien by judicial process or judgment. The provisions of this section shall not limit the right of obligees to pursue any remedies for the enforcement of any pledge or lien given by the Authority on its rent, fees or revenues; the right of the federal government to pursue any remedies conferred upon it pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; or the right of the Tribe to seek property forfeiture pursuant to Tribal law.
