23.35.050 Processing of owner-initiated mergers.

The Administrator shall examine the application and supporting data for compliance with the requirements of this title and shall accept the application for filing when all requirements are met. Such requirements include:
(a) The merger complies with the standards specified in this title;
(b) The parcel will not conflict with the location of existing structures on the property;
(c) The parcel will not be deprived of adequate access as a result of the merger;
(d) Access to adjoining properties will not be restricted as a result of the merger; and
(e) No new lot lines are created by the merger. [Ord. 43 § 3605, adopted, 6/10/2015.]
