A cultural review is required for all proposed subdivisions and must meet the requirements set by the Tribe, subject to approval of the Council. Any applicable Tribal cultural law or policy in effect at the time of the application shall be followed to meet the cultural review requirements. [Ord. 43 § 3304, adopted, 6/10/2015.]
