22.05.200 Negligent violation corrective action plans.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) A hemp producer described in this article shall comply with a plan established by the Department to correct the negligent violation, including:
(1) A reasonable date by which the hemp producer shall correct the negligent violation; and
(2) A requirement that the hemp producer shall periodically report to the Department on the compliance of the hemp producer with this article for a period of not less than the next two calendar years from the date of the negligent violation.
(b) The Department will conduct an inspection to determine if the Tribal producer is implementing the corrective action plan. [Ord. 78 § 22403, amended, 6/23/2022; Ord. 68 § 22403, amended, 5/21/2020.]
