All prior ordinance provisions previously enacted by the Tribal Council and inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed. If the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of any other previously enacted ordinance, the provisions of this chapter shall control. This chapter is, however, intended to be read in conjunction with certain existing ordinances, including, but not limited to: the Yurok Cultural Resources Protection Ordinance (Chapter 14.10 YTC) and the Yurok Tribe Environmental Protection Code (YTC Title 21).
