YTEP will obtain from the Corps an identification of the waters within the Reservation over which the Corps retains authority. YTEP will coordinate with other agencies of the Tribe as well as the Corps and the EPA regarding their respective program administration, permitting, compliance monitoring, and enforcement strategy and activities, including without limitation provision of annual reports.
