YTEP may require a wetland management plan if needed to meet the goals and standards of this chapter, including without limitation conditions attached to issuance of a permit. Such plans may include procedures and timing for the proposed activity, water-level manipulation, removal of exotic species, replanting, or other active management activities over time.
