All prior ordinance provisions previously enacted by the Tribal Council and inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed. This chapter shall be interpreted, applied, and enforced consistent with other ordinances of the Tribe. If the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of any other previously enacted ordinance, the provisions of this chapter shall control. [Ord. 67 § 5010, adopted, 5/21/2020.]
