(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or other entity to manufacture, produce, transport, sell, apply, administer, or dispose of pesticides within the territory and jurisdiction of the Yurok Tribe.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or other entity that is exempted from prohibited activities under this chapter to transport, apply, use, release, administer, store, or dispose of any pesticide within the territory and jurisdiction of the Yurok Tribe, in violation of the manufacturer’s current, EPA-approved labeling.
