Persons, corporations, or entities using pesticides within the Tribe’s territory and jurisdiction shall have up to 12 months from the date of enactment to implement a transition plan as set forth in YTC 21.45.120 to phase out such use. [Ord. 50C § 10205, adopted, 8/31/2017.]
