(a) Cease Orders, Citations, or Notices of Violation. Upon determination that any person is violating the provisions of this chapter, a cease order, citation, or notice of violation will be served.

(b) It shall be a civil offense, for which a fine of not less than $100.00 shall be assessed, to obstruct or otherwise interfere with investigative or other activities of any agent or officer of the Tribe carrying out this chapter. [Ord. 11 § 9, adopted, 4/7/2005.]
