This chapter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Yurok Tribe. All applicants for permits and permittees agree that any and all actions which may arise from or out of this chapter shall be adjudicated in Tribal Court. [Ord. 27 § 6026, adopted, 6/27/2012.]
