Persons, corporations, or entities cultivating, raising, growing, spawning, incubating, or releasing genetically engineered or genetically modified organisms within the Tribe’s territory and jurisdiction shall have up to 12 months from the date of enactment to implement a transition plan as set forth in YTC 21.15.110 to phase out planting, cultivating and harvesting of genetically engineered or genetically modified organisms.
