The SMC will be responsible for compiling a library of best management practices (BMPs) for both the SMP and for land managers in working under this chapter and under Chapter 21.05 YTC, Air Quality. These BMPs will be formally adopted by the Tribe where necessary and will be available to land managers in their preparation of burn plans.
