Statistical data is vital to the continuing efforts to improve the infrastructure of the Yurok Reservation. It is important to have accurate statistical data of vehicle collisions within the Reservation. All collisions involving property damage, minor or serious injury, safety concerns, or violations of this chapter shall be collected by the Tribal Police. Any driver involved in such an incident is required to report the incident to the YDMV within five working days of the incident, unless the driver is incapacitated.
