The YTDPS may operate checkpoints with established protocol. Vehicular traffic may be stopped and required to submit to inspection prior to entering the Reservation or designated areas within the Reservation. Justification for such inspections shall include but not be limited to vessel inspection for illegally possessed fish or game or invasive species of plants or animals. Vehicles may be stopped as part of DUI, illegal drug interdiction, license compliance, or safety restraint enforcement efforts. [Ord. 30 § 3906, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
