No person shall cause destruction to any roadway within the Reservation boundaries. Any permanent damage caused to Tribal roadways by negligence during construction projects shall be fined the amount of the cost of repairs to the roadway. [Ord. 30 § 3903, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
