An employee of a Yurok Tribal department shall report any vehicle crash or accident within the Reservation boundaries that the employee witnessed at the time the incident occurred. The employee shall report the incident as soon as reasonably practicable to the Tribal Police or other law enforcement officer. Any employee of the Yurok Tribe who fails to comply with this section is guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine. Any Yurok Tribal employee guilty of violating this section may face disciplinary action in addition to any fine imposed. [Ord. 30 § 3803, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
