The YDMV may require a written or orally administered test prior to issuing a Tribal driver’s license. Additionally, the YDMV may require that an applicant submit to a vehicle driving observational test. This requirement can be waived by the Tribal Police Chief or the Chief’s designee after a determination that the testing is not necessary or required to protect the public safety. [Ord. 30 § 3706, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
