Suspension or revocation of driving privileges may occur upon the petition of the Tribal Police following a noticed hearing wherein the Tribal Court determines that the license holder is not in compliance with the requirements of this chapter or the Tribal Police alleges and proves at the hearing that the license holder has falsely certified meeting the requirements of this chapter or presents a clear and present danger as a driver.
