Any person who fails to appear in Tribal Court, fails to pay a fine ordered by the Tribal Court, or disobeys any order of the Tribal Court may be found guilty of a misdemeanor, arrested and punished by imprisonment in a county or Tribal jail, fined, or have privileges under this chapter or YTC Title 17, Fishing Rights, suspended, regardless of the disposition of the original charge.
