All penalties and assessments shall be set by the Tribal Court within the guidelines of any traffic fine and bail schedule established by Tribal Council pursuant to this chapter. Tribal Court may take into account the seriousness of the offense and apply graduated or enhanced sanctions for repeat offenders and violations. The Tribal Court may consider any and all offenses or citations received by the license holder, who is hereby obligated to report any offense or citation received, other than parking tickets, to the YDMV within 30 days of receipt of said offense or citation.
