20.05.250 Avoidance of trial.

Any person who receives a citation for an infraction or misdemeanor under this chapter may submit bail and avoid trial on the violation by doing all of the following:
(a) Pay the minimum fine amount, including any graduated sanction amount, plus costs for the charged violation as specified in the traffic fine and bail schedule; and
(b) Plead either guilty or no contest to the charged violation. [Ord. 30 § 3302, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
