No person shall resist, delay, or obstruct any law enforcement officer while that officer is engaged in lawful duties. While in the presence of any law enforcement officer, no person shall create any condition categorized as a disturbance of the peace or behavior likely to escalate to a violent confrontation with another person. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a public offense punishable by a fine. [Ord. 30 § 3212, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
