When traffic violations occur, either a civil infraction or public offense, in the presence of a law enforcement officer, that officer has a duty to act. Any YTDPS officer or sworn law enforcement officer designated by the Tribal Police Chief may enforce any section of this chapter. [Ord. 30 § 3103, adopted, 10/12/2012.]
