2.30.380 Notice of appointment as personal representative, pendency of probate – Proof by affidavit.

(a) Within 20 days of appointment, the personal representative shall serve written notice of appointment and the pendency of probate proceedings to each heir, devisee, and legatee of the estate whose names and addresses are known to him or her. Such notice shall include a copy of the Court’s order determining whether the decedent died testate or intestate.
