The Court and the Prosecutor’s Office shall be independent from improper influence. No person, including elected or appointed officials or employees of the Yurok Tribe, shall attempt to improperly influence court proceedings, or to interfere in any way with any Yurok Tribal Judge or Tribal Prosecutor in the performance of his or her duties.
