If a party is found to be in contempt, the Court may impose a sanction that may include any or all of the following:

(a) A verbal or written warning;

(b) Exclusion from the courtroom or Court House;

(c) A fine of up to $1,000.00, and/or a fine in an amount established for contempt behaviors defined in any other statute of the Tribe; and

(d) Any other sanction(s) deemed appropriate to the circumstances and consistent with Yurok cultural beliefs. The Yurok Court may register its contempt of Court actions with any appropriate tribal department, Court agency or program, law enforcement agency or other court to enforce the order.
