Security personnel shall enforce the whole of this Rule 16 (YTC 2.10.680 through 2.10.770). In addition to such other penalties as may be prescribed by law, violators of this rule may be held in contempt of Court and subject to the imposition of sanctions pursuant to such section of the rules or to the imposition of any other penalty prescribed by the laws of the Yurok Tribe.
