No person shall be admitted to or allowed to remain in the Court House with any object that might be used as a weapon unless they have been authorized in writing by a judge or unless they are a Tribal Law Enforcement agent, a U.S. Marshal, a California Highway Patrol officer, a publicly employed law enforcement officer or a person designated by the Court; except that law enforcement officers who are litigants in personal matters or appearing in any capacity other than Court security or to testify for the Tribe may be required to surrender their weapon to security personnel before entering the Court House. No person, except those above, shall have any such object in their possession while in any courtroom or judge’s chambers.
