2.10.720 Unseemly conduct.
No person shall knowingly:
(a) Conduct himself/herself in an unseemly or disorderly or culturally disrespectful manner while in the Justice Center knowing such place to be serving as a Court House;
(1) This includes conduct both during Court hearings and outside of Court hearings.
(b) Interfere with or disturb the conduct of the Court’s business in any manner;
(c) Harass, threaten, or demean any Court staff performing the duties of their position;
(d) Block any entrance to, or exit from, the Court House; or purposely interfere with any person’s entry into or exit from the Court House knowing same to be serving as a Court House.
