Rule 14. Notification of Witnesses

It is the duty of party/advocate who has issued a subpoena or indicated to the Court via witness list their intent to call an individual as a witness, to notify the witness if his/her attendance is not required in time to prevent the witness from making a needless trip. Parties/advocates failing to comply with this rule may be subject to appropriate sanctions, and/or required to pay costs to the witness who appears in response to a subpoena.
