If a disagreement develops regarding discovery issues concerning any disclosure, interrogatories, requests for production or inspection, requests for admissions, answers to interrogatories or responses to requests for admissions, copies of the portions of the disclosure, interrogatories, requests, a party’s answers or responses in dispute; either party may seek resolution of said dispute by noticed motion or at the next calendared hearing. Disputes may be waived if not brought to the Court for resolution in a timely manner.
