All law enforcement or wildlife enforcement tribal agency reports submitted as citations, petitions, or motions for hearings in the Yurok Tribal Court regarding violations of the Tribe’s commercial fishing ordinances shall be made in writing and filed by 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled Thursday court hearing date; and no later than 21 calendar days from the date of the incident leading to the citation.
