Any party may seek a clarification from the Court on any order or opinion. Clarification is a request for the Court to explain the meaning of a prior order; it is not appropriate nor allowable to seek changes, modifications, or invalidation of the prior order. Clarification may be sought by filing a noticed motion of inquiry to the ruling Court to clarify certain aspects of an order or opinion that are allegedly unclear and must state in a concise manner the issues sought to be clarified. For the purposes of this section any party includes a Court of the Tribe. Said motions must be filed on or before the fifteenth court day following the filing of the order which is allegedly unclear. Granting of a hearing on the motion for clarification will be at the discretion of the Court. The Court on its own motion may issue an amended order for the purposes of clarifying an order it deems to be unclear.
